This is a one-page site that sells one book. It is deliberately boring in privacy terms, and this page says so in plain language rather than in six pages of boilerplate.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. There is no account, no newsletter signup, no contact form, no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on nickvegascasino.com. The site stores exactly one thing in your browser: a flag called nickVegasPopupSeen, kept in local storage, so the first-visit message does not appear again. It contains the value 1 and nothing else. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page and to protect against attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Fonts

Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. See Google’s privacy policy.

Buying the book

Checkout happens on Gumroad, not here. When you click a buy button you leave this site. Your name, email address and payment details are given to Gumroad and are handled under their terms; this site never sees them, and no payment details ever pass through nickvegascasino.com. See Gumroad’s privacy policy. Questions about an order, a receipt or a download link are best sent to Gumroad, since they hold the record of the sale.

Your rights

Because this site holds no personal data about you, there is nothing here to access, correct, export or delete. For data held by Gumroad about a purchase, contact Gumroad directly using the address on your receipt.
